Career Best Times: 21.78 in the 50-yard freestyle; 47.70 in the 100-yard freestyle; 51.38 in the 100-yard backstroke; 25.02 in the 50-meter freestyle; 54.57 in the 100-meter freestyle; 1:00.34 in the 100-meter backstroke.
General: School record holder in the 50-yard freestyle at 21.78 and in the 100-yard freestyle at 47.70 while ranking second in Tar Heel history in the 100-yard backstroke at 51.38...swam long course school records in the 50- and 100-meter freestyles at 25.02 and 54.57 at the 2017 World University Games…led off four Tar Heel relays which established University records in 2017 – the 200 free, 400 free, 200 medley and 400 medley units.
2017-18: Team co-captain with Emily Slabe…coming off a summer in which she excelled at the World University Games, winning a gold medal in the 50-meter freestyle with a time of 25.02 seconds…swam the anchor leg on the U.S.’s 400-meter medley relay team which captured a silver medal…led off the Americans’ 400-meter freestyle relay at the WUG that claimed a bronze medal… member of 2017-18 Student-Athlete Advisory Committee…finished 10th in the 50-meter freestyle at June 2017 U.S.S. Nationals in a then school record time of 25.19…in the same meet she finished sixth in the 100-meter backstroke with a school record time of 1:00.34, breaking her own school record she had set at the Santa Clara Arena Pro Series by going 1:01.15 just a few weeks earlier…she was also eighth in the 100-meter freestyle at the Nationals, going 54.91 in the prelims and 54.98 in the finals.
2016-17: Team co-captain with Hellen Moffitt…first-team All-America in 50-yard freestyle at 2017 NCAA Championships…earned All-ACC honors in 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke…placed fourth in the 100-yard freestyle at conference meet with time of 48.23 while taking second in the 100-yard backstroke at 51.38 and second in the 50-yard freestyle at 21.93…led off 400 free relay and 200 medley relay which claimed third at league meet…member of Veteran Leaders in Carolina Leadership Academy…named to ACC Academic Honor Roll and tapped for All-ACC Academic Team for women’s swimming…won a pair of team awards – merited the Richard E. 2015-16: 2016 NCAA qualifier and honorable mention All-America…member of 400 free relay team which copped NCAA finish of 12th place…swam on 200 freestyle relay which placed 15th at NCAA Championships…led off 400 medley relay at NCAA meet which finished 12th…also led off 200 medley relay which placed 16th…at the 2016 ACC Championships, she tied for seventh place in 50 free (22.46), while placing fourth in the 100 back (52.79) and ninth in the 100 freestyle (48.76)…won the 50 free (22.74) and swam on the winning 400 free relay in dual meet against Georgia…named to ACC Academic Honor Roll…won the 50-yard freestyle in four-way meet against Indiana, Tennessee and Kentucky with a time of 22.65…against Louisville, she won the 50 free (22.72) and swam on winning 200 free and 400 free relays…against Texas, she won the 50 freestyle (22.63) and swam on winning 200 medley relay and 400 freestyle relay teams…was tapped as ACC Women’s Swimmer of the Year on November 17, 2015…excelled at 2015 Nike Cup where she placed fifth in the 50 free (22.82), sixth in 100 back (54.65) and eighth in 100 free (50.42)…in victory over Navy, she won the 100 free (50.23) and swam on winning 200 medley relay and 400 free relay… named to ACC Academic Honor Roll.
2014-15: An honorable mention All-America honoree as a member of UNC’s 200-yard and 400-yard freestyle relay teams...the 400 free relay placed 12th at NCAAs while the 200 free relay captured 15th...swam on 200 free relay which set new school record...finished fourth in the ACC Championships in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 22.44...also placed sixth in the 100 freestyle (49.01) and 10th in the 100 backstroke (53.76)...swam on UNC 200 free relay which placed second at ACCs...won a pair of events in dual meet win over Virginia Tech and captured three events in dual meet win versus Duke...at summer 2015 USA National Championships she took 13th place in the 100-meter backstroke in a career best time of 1:01.55...named to ACC Academic Honor Roll.
