Also tied for the team lead in 3-set singles wins with a 9-5 record... Posted key victories over Keith From (Texas A&M) and Daniel Kiernan(LSU) in the fall... Advanced to the USC Fall Invitational A flight consolation finals... Reached the round of 16 at the ACC Indoor Championships…Earned a crucial singles point in the South Carolina match by defeating David Nelson 6-2, 6-3... Survived a grueling match with Clemson's Lee Porter, winning 8-6 in the third set tiebreak…Also defeated UVA's Michael Duquette in a third set tiebreak... As a Sophomore - Transferred to UNC from Texas Christian University... Posted a 12-13 overall singles record, including a 13-9 Region II record... Played one match at #4 (1-0), six matches at #5 (3-3) and nine matches at #6 (4-5)... Led the Tar Heel comeback victory over NC State with a 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 win over Devang Desai...
