Does the software display available seats when it is my selection time?
Yes. You can also log in well before your selection time to view what seats are still available, to get an idea of where your seats could be located.
When is my appointment time?
The Rams Club will mail and email appointment times the last week of April. Until then, all members will see the default selection time of May 4th at 9:00 a.m. This appointment time is simply a placeholder. It will be updated after the April 15th deadline, when all orders are complete.
How do I get to Kenanseats.com?
Since www.kenanseats.com is specific to Rams Club members, you will not be able to find it by typing it into a search engine (such as, Google or Yahoo). You need to type www.kenanseats.com in the URL address bar, located at the very top of your web browser.
How do I view seats available that are under the overhang?
When looking at the overhead view of the Kenan Stadium map, click the "Lower Level" tab. This will allow you to view all seats in the Lower Level.
If you wish to view just the seats in the Upper Level, click the "Upper Level" tab.
How do I choose parking?
Donors giving at the Big Ram level or higher are able to select parking. After you select your seats, click the "Parking" tab to view available lots. The number of space you can select will be viewable in your "Cart."
How do I know which seats are available?
The seats that are available are green, and the ones not available are red.
