Â
Ticket Broker Policy
The University continues to encourage ticket holders to resell or transfer individual game tickets if they are unable to attend an event. However, the University reserves the right to monitor ticket sales, transfers, and use, and to withhold ticket renewal opportunities or cancel ticket orders from any account that exhibits activity consistent with that of a ticket broker. Ticket brokers are defined as ticket account holders who purchase tickets with the primary intent of reselling their tickets.
Â
Likewise, the University and The Rams Club reserve the right to withhold or alter Rams Club membership level benefits for any account that it deems in its sole discretion, is functioning as a ticket broker.
Â
Reseller's Obligations
Once tickets have been sold online, the original barcodes will be invalid, and it is the original ticket holder’s responsibility to destroy the original tickets. Any ticket holder attempting to use the sold and/or cancelled tickets for admittance to the game after the tickets have been deactivated, will not be granted access and any such use may result in all original ticket holder's privileges to purchase tickets being revoked.
Â
Refund Policy
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event date and time, as well as your own seat selection at the time of checkout. All ticket sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be given after ticket(s) have been purchased, including tickets that have been lost, misplaced, stolen, damaged, destroyed or forgotten.
Â
Chargeback PolicyÂ
Initiation of a chargeback through one’s own volition against the UNC Athletics Ticket Office could result in the forfeiture of future purchasing opportunities.
Â
Â
Rights of Refusal and Revocation of Privileges
The UNC Athletic Department reserves the right to refuse privileges and access to tickets to anyone.
Â
Ticket Limits Â
We reserve the right to refund any order in the event of over-subscription or excessive quantities without notice. Multiple accounts may not be used to circumvent or exceed the published ticket limits. Tickets canceled due to violating the posted ticket limit will be refunded at face value, minus all fees.Â
Â
Â
Authorized PurchasesÂ
Tickets not purchased through the Carolina Ticket Office, SeatGeek or the University’s authorized agents are not considered valid, and the holder may be denied admission or ejected from the venue. SeatGeek is the only authorized site through which a resale of tickets may be conducted.Â
 Â
Tickets cannot be used for third party contests or sweepstakes without approval by the University of North Carolina Athletics Department. Attempting to sell or solicit the sale of a ticket (even at face value) on campus without a permit violates University policy. Â
Â
Counterfeit TicketsÂ
Tickets to all sports have a barcode and will be scanned for validity at each venue entrance. Any counterfeit, altered, or invalid tickets will not be granted access into the venue. UNC Athletics has the right to remove any possessor of counterfeit tickets from the venue. Â
 Â
Delays, Cancelations or Postponements
All events on the UNC campus are subject to applicable Atlantic Coast Conference policies, stating that an event will take place as scheduled if both teams and the officiating crew are present or can get to UNC safely and conditions are safe for play.ÂÂ
A delayed game means that the game is stopped but may continue when there is a change in the conditions that caused the delay. A canceled game is one that is canceled and not rescheduled. A postponed game refers to a game that is stopped before it becomes official and is rescheduled for another time in whole or part.
Â
If a scheduled game has been postponed due to inclement weather or other factors or has been called off prior to becoming an official game, then the following policies and procedures with respect to tickets are activated. A ticket for a game that has been postponed or canceled becomes a rain check.
Delays or Inclement Weather That Does Not Result in Postponement: In many instances, inclement weather does not result in postponement of a game. However, games may be delayed during harsh weather or called off after they are declared official. When these situations occur, there are no refunds or exchanges available, even if fans decide to leave the game due to uncomfortable conditions.
Re-scheduled Game Tickets: If the replacement game is rescheduled to a new date, not in connection with another already scheduled game, then the tickets will be valid for the same seats for the new game. There are no refunds for games rescheduled to a new date, not in connection with another already scheduled game.
If a regular season game associated with a ticket purchased is canceled, not played, or not completed for any reason, the agreed sale price, minus the processing fee, will be carried over for the original buyer to use for future purchases.
In the event of a game time change, cancelation, or postponement, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email as soon as possible. Fans are also encouraged to check www.goheels.com for the most up to date information.
For any ticket related questions, please call the Ticket Office directly at (800) 722-4335.Â
PLEASE NOTE: In no event will the UNC Athletic Department refund or issue credit for any amounts of a ticket or any associated fees, including handling and processing fees, for a delayed or postponed game or event. A secondary market for tickets for games and events is available, but the ticket holder that sells tickets assumes responsibility for all losses.

Cancellation of OrdersÂ
The UNC Ticket Office reserves the right to cancel any order.Â
