Carolina ALL-IN-1

Carolina Athletics has partnered with ALL-IN-1, a smart ticket that will allow Tar Heel season ticket holders to access simplified digital ticketing
- ALL-IN-1 is a smart ticket that will simplify your digital wallet for ticket packages. Add each ALL-IN-1 ticket just once per seat. ALL-IN-1 will automatically update to the next event within that season’s package.
- Quick and Easy: Add each ALL-IN-1 pass to your digital wallet just once.
- Declutter Your Wallet: ALL-IN-1 automatically updates to the next event in your season ticket package.
- ALL-IN-1 is Smart: ALL-IN-1 will update if the tickets are transferred or become unavailable.
- Transfer & Manage Your Tickets: You can still transfer and manage your tickets from your My Account page.
- When a ticket is transferred, sold, or returned, the ALL-IN-1 ticket corresponding to that seat for the respective event will display as “Voided” on Apple/iOS devices and will collapse for Google/Android devices.
- In addition, the ticket will no longer be visible in the “My Upcoming Events” section of your My Account portal. Also, when you click on the “View ALL-IN-1 events” under the Event Details page, the event will now be greyed out.
- Login to your account via www.GoHeels.com/MyAccount or through the GoHeels app.
- In your “My Upcoming Events” tab, select an event that is part of your season ticket package.
- The first time you click on an event, a pop-up will appear, providing additional information on ALL-IN-1 tickets. You may close out of this window by selecting the X in the upper-right corner or by clicking the “Got It” button at the bottom of the page. You can also select “Learn More” on that page for more information.
- Under your My Tickets section, select Add to Wallet to add the ALL-IN-1 ticket to your wallet. Remember, you only need to add one ALL-IN-1 pass for each ticket for the season. You can also select What is ALL-IN-1? or View ALL-IN-1 Events for additional information.
- After selecting Add to Wallet, click the Add button on the next screen (located in the upper right corner on Apple/iOS devices and lower left corner on Google/Android devices).
- If the ticket is eventually transferred, sold, or returned, the ticket will show as VOIDED on Apple/iOS devices, while on Google/Android devices, it will collapse and show in Expired Passes.
