2016-17: Set a personal-best 2:08.88 in the 800 at the Battle of the Blues • Had a combined three top-five finishes in the 800 and 4x400 during the outdoor season. • Set her personal-best of 1:34.85 in the 600 at the Clemson Tiger Paw Indoor • Has six top-10 finishes in event during the indoor season • Did not compete in cross country • Named a 2016 Tar Heel Scholar-Athlete • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

Personal: Lauren Elizabeth Grace Moody is the daughter of Mary and Mark Moody • Born August 13 • Her father and three older brothers played collegiate basketball • Her two oldest brothers played for Roy Williams, the oldest at Kansas and the second oldest at UNC • Her third brother played at Elon • She participated in the 2017 Nike summer internship program.
