2018 XC: Finished 69th at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a career-best 10K time of 31:45.1 • Placed 79th in the men’s 8K (25:08.5) at the ACC Championships • Clocked a personal-best 8K time of 25:03.1 at the Battle in Beantown • Scored for Carolina at the Charlotte Opener, Battle in Beantown and NCAA Southeast Regional.

2017-18: Ran a leg of the DMR that placed 12th at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 10:09.31 • Did not finish the mile at ACC Indoors • Ran a personal-best mile time of 4:06.61 at the Music City Challenge for third-place honors • Set a new career record of 8:21.82 in the 3,000 meters at the Notre Dame Invitational, again finishing third • Won the 3,000 meter competition at the season-opening Dick Taylor Carolina Cup • Took first at the Art and Linda Maillet UNC Open after running a 4:13.21 mile • Did not compete during the outdoor season • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
