2015 Cross Country: Finished 118th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships • Set a personal best in the 10k at the NCAA Southeast Regional meet at 29:33.8 and placed ninth overall, earning All-Region honors and an at-large bid as an individual to the NCAA Cross Country Championships • Finished first in the adidas XC Challenge • Took 10th at the Princeton Inter-Regional • Finished 27th at the ACC Cross Country Championships

2014-15: Finished with three wins during the track and field seasons in the 3,000 and 5,000 • Finished 13th in the 5,000 at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships • Finished 16th in the 10,000 at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships • Set personal records in the mile, 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000 • Earned All-Region Honors for placing 15th at the Southeast Regional • Set new personal records in both the 8K and 10K • Finished in 25th at the ACC Cross Country Championships • Finished 85th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships helping the men's team to 12th overall.

2013-14: Placed second at the Joe Hilton Cross Country Invitational • Also raced the Virginia Panorama Farms Invitational recording an 8K PR of 25:28.3 • Set personal records in the mile, 3,000, 5,000 and the 10,000 • Mainly competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 • Highest finish during the indoor and outdoor seasons was third on two occasions • Never placed out of the top 10 an any event

2012-13: Competed in two meets for the Tar Heels during the cross country season, notching ninth-place finishes in both • Recorded a collegiate 8K PR of 25:32.7 at the Covered Bridge Open in his first outing in Carolina blue • Also raced the adidas XC Challenge • Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor seasons • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll
