PRIOR TO UNC: Graduate of Culver Academies ... Fencing MVP and captain his senior year ... Rookie of the Year as a freshman ... In addition to fencing, ran three years of varsity track and two of cross country, and also played two seasons of JV tennis and one of rugby ... Started fencing in fifth grade after becoming interested in weapons during taekwondo training.

PERSONAL: From Granger, Ind… Parents are Christy and Robert Lee… Siblings are Caitlyn and Camryn… Sister was a cheerleader at Indiana University… Distance runner on the cross country and track and field team in high school... Favorite pastimes are pick-up games of frisbee and spikeball, playing piano and percussion, and going to the gym ... Dream job is to be a physician.
