2024-25 season:

Notched a career high twelve victories at the 2025 NCAA Championships earning All-American honors as he finished in 11th... Finished fifth at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic/South Regional... Wood earned ACC Fencer of the Week honors for the three sweeps against Wagner, Haverford, and No. 5 Penn State, as he posted a 15-2 record at the Penn State Invitational.... Named to the All-ACC Academic team.

Before UNC: Competed for the Manhattan Fencing Center for ten years… Finished second at the Division One Men’s Sabre Summer Nationals in 2022… Top eight at the Division One Men’s Sabre April Nationals in 2022… Bronze Medal in Men’s Sabre at the 2022 Junior Olympics.
