2014 Cross Country: Led the Tar Heels in every race during the season except the Roy Griak Invitational • Set a new personal record in the 8K at the ACC Cross Country Championships and earned All-ACC Honors • Earned All-Region for placing ninth at the Southeast Regional • Led the men's team to a 12th-place overall finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championships and finished 48th individually.

Reshirt Sophomore: Raced with the men's team at the NCAA National Championships finishing 64th • Earned All-Region honors for his eighth-place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional • Also ran a 10K personal record at the NCAA Regional in 29:06.0 • Earned All-ACC honors and led the team with his sixth-place finish at the ACC Championships • Raced an 8K PR at the Wisconsin Invitational in 23:53 placing 35th • Lead the team in individual finishes on four occasions: Wisconsin Invitational, ACC Championships, NCAA Southeast Regional, and the NCAA Championships • Took third in the 5,000 at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships and broke his personal best with 14:05.94 • Finished 23rd in the 3,000 at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships • Set a personal record in the 3,000 at the Hilton Garden Invitational at 8:06.79.

Sophomore: Ran a personal best in the mile in his first outing of the season, clocking in at 4:13.98 • Competed at the ACC Indoor Championships • Ran in four races during the cross country season • Led the team with his 44th-place finish at the Wisconsin Invitational where he also recorded an 8K PR of 24:00 • Placed 16th at the ACC Championship • Also notched a 10K best at the NCAA Southeast Regional • Did not compete during the outdoor campaign.

Freshman: Ran in the cross country UNC Invitational where he finished fourth in 15:13.00 • Did not compete in the indoor season • Ran PRs in the 1,500 and the 5,000 during the outdoor season.
