AS A JUNIOR (2022):
- Medically retired prior to the start of season, joining Carolina's staff as a student assistant coach
- All-ACC Academic Honor Roll
- Appeared in 10 games, making five starts
- Went a career-best 2-of-3 at the plate in win over Virginia (4/10/21), hitting first career home run and plating a run
- Batted .235 on the season with four hits, three RBIs and plated one run
- All-ACC Academic Honor Roll
- Appeared in one game, making her career debut at a pinch runner vs. Syracuse (3/7/20)
- A four-year letter winner at San Benito High School
- Named to the all-league second-team once and all-league first-team three times
- Two-year captain • Garnered first-team all-Central Coast section honors twice
- Named Freshman of the Year
- Helped her team to three league championships and a Central Coast section championship in 2016
- Played travel ball for the Cal Nuggets
- Also spent three seasons with the California Suncats
- Daughter of Joe Monteon and Patricia Mottu-Monteon
- Has one older sister, Amanda
