Career Best Times: 22.88 in the 50-yard freestyle; 50.48 in the 100-yard freestyle; 54.67 in the 100-yard backstroke; 1:59.09 in the 200-yard backstroke; 26.24 in the 50-meter freestyle; 1:03.37 in the 100-meter backstroke; 2:18.54 in the 200-meter backstroke.
2016-17: Member of scoring team at ACC Championships where she placed 22nd in the 200-yard backstroke (1:59.09), 29th in the 100-yard backstroke and 31st in the 50-yard freestyle…placed in four events at the GAC Invitational as she took 16th in the 100 back, 17th in the 50 free, 18th in the 100 free and 25th in the 200 back…qualified for U.S. World Championships Trials in the 100-meter backstroke in June 2017…also swam in 2017 U.S. Open in August…served as a CREED mentor in the bCLA for third straight year…earned Dean’s List honors in fall semester 2016…merited honors on ACC Academic Honor Roll…won a UNC scholar athlete award in fall 2016 and spring 2017 semesters.
2015-16: At the Carolina College Invitational, she placed second in the 50 freestyle (23.13), the 100 freestyle (50.74) and the 100 back (56.07)…named to ACC Academic Honor Roll…tapped for Dean’s List in spring 2016… won a UNC scholar athlete award in fall 2015 and spring 2016 semesters…CREED mentor in bCLA.
2014-15: Won the 50-yard freestyle at the Carolina College Invitational in 23.37 while also capturing the 100-yard freestyle in 51.68.
Prep: A graduate of Mt. Lebanon High School in Pittsburgh, Pa., a school she attended from 2011-14 …did her club swimming at Mt. Lebanon Aquatic Club where she was coached by Tom Donati…participated on her high school’s team for four years, but had been swimming for the past 13 years on the club level when she enrolled at Carolina…team captain…50-yard and 100-yard freestyle district record holder…state runner-up in the 50-yard freestyle…16-time district medal recipient and nine-time state medal honoree…12-time All-America selection…four-time Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League and Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association State team member…as a junior, she was first in the 50 free, third in the 100 back and second in the 100 free at the WPIAL championship…that same year at the PIAA state championship meet, she took third in the 50 free and fifth in the 100 back while swimming on a 200 free relay team that took fifth place…took top honors in WPIAL meet as a freshman …named a USA Swimming All-America…tapped as the Almanac MVP…Junior Nationals qualifier…member of the National Honor Society…graduated with the highest honors, earning the Cum Laude honor…scholar-athlete and scholastic All-America.
