Career Best Times: 1:58.59 in the 200-yard butterfly; 56.44 in the 100-yard butterfly; 4:13.94 in the 400-yard individual medley; 2:03.69 in the 200-yard individual medley; 9:52.33 in the 1000-yard freestyle; 4:51.62 in the 500-yard freestyle; 1:50.82 in the 200-yard freestyle; 2:13.88 in the 200-meter butterfly; 4:53.27 in the 400-meter individual medley; 1:01.22 in the 100-meter butterfly.
General: The ninth fastest Tar Heel in history in the 400-yard individual medley with a time of 4:13.94.
2016-17: Named to ACC Academic Honor Roll… named CSCAA honorable mention Scholar All-America Team.…broke the Duke University pool record in the 400-yard individual medley while competing in Nike Cup…took the championship in the event in 4:14.44…placed second in the Nike Cup in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:59.38 and fifth in the 100-yard butterfly at 55.38 seconds…at 2016 GAC Invitational, she placed 15th in the 400-yard individual medley.
2015-16: Competed in the 2016 Olympic Trials, swimming the 200 butterfly and 400 IM…went career best times in the 1650-yard freestyle and 200-yard butterfly during the season…also won the title at Nike Cup in 200 IM, finishing in 2:02.78…at the 2016 ACC Championships, she placed 15th in 400 IM with time of 4:16.39 and 12th in the 200 butterfly at 1:59.62…at the 2015 Nike Cup, she took 16th place in the 400 IM with a time of 4:30.00, 12th place in the 1650 freestyle with a time of 16:47.25 and 10th place in the 200 butterfly at 2:02.91.
2014-15: At the 2014 Nike Cup, she placed 10th in the 200 fly and was 14th in the 500 free, 14th in the 400 IM and 14th in the 1650 free...recorded career best times in the 500 freestyle and the 400 IM at the Bulldog Invitational.
Prep: Graduated from James River High School in Midlothian, Va. …attended school there from 2010-14…competed for Poseidon Swimming where she was coached by Ted Sallade for 13 years…senior team captain…acquired 19 individual team records beginning at the age of 13 plus relay marks…led the team to two state championships in 2012-13 and 2013-14…competed in the 2012 Olympic Trials in the 200-meter butterfly…Female All-Metro Swimmer of the Year for two seasons…member of the National Honor Society and Beta Club…volunteered with the Special Olympics for four years…named to the Distinguished Dean’s List.
