2025 T&F: INDOOR SEASON: Competed in four meets… Notched a personal best time in back-to-back meets as she ran a 3000m (9:17.80) and mile (4:38.52) PR at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational and the ACC Championships respectively…2025 T&F: OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in six meets in the 5,000m and 3,000m steeplechase… Ran a personal best time in every meet of the outdoor season… Improved on the third fastest 3,000m steeplechase time (9:57.75) in program history at the ACC Championships. Earned All-ACC First Team award when she finished in third at the conference championships… Qualified for the national championship in the steeplechase as she finished as she finished fifth at the NCAA East First Round while setting a new school record (9:48.12).

2024 T&F: Did not compete during indoor season ... Competed in four meets during outdoor season ... Recorded a personal best in the 1500m at the Duke Invitational with a time of 4:28.68 ... Also finished 2nd in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Charlotte Invitational and recorded a personal best 10:26.27 ... Qualified for the ACC Outdoor Championships in the 3000m steeplechase, finishing 9th in 10:28.39.

2023 XC: Competed in two meets … Registered a time of 21:19.8 to finish 65^th at the ACC Championships … Recorded a time of 21:37.2 at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships.

2023 T&F: Ran the mile in four indoor meets with a top time of 4:50.27 at the JDL DMR Invitational ... Competed in the 1,500m at the Raleigh Relays during outdoor season ... Also finished 13th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Wake Forest Invitational.

2022 XC: Won the Nov. 4 Hokie Open, finishing the 4K race in 14:01.8 ... Also finished 62nd at the ACC Championship in 21:10.0.

2022 T&F: Took part in two indoor meets ... Ran the 1000m in 2:51.37 to finish 15th at the Hokie Invitational ... Finished the mile in 4:53.38 to finish 13th at the Indiana Relays.
