Returning letter winner for the Tar Heels...an outstanding recruit a year ago who came to UNC from the Pilot Aquatic Club in Knoxville...a solid backstroker with outstanding times coming into the college ranks,,,currently ranks ninth in UNC history in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 57.14 seconds.

2002-03:
Did a good job in her first ACC Championship meet...she placed 10th in the 100-yard backstroke at 57.14, 11th in the 200-yard backstroke at 2:01.88 and 26th in the 50-yard freestyle at 24.54...named to 2002-03 ACC Academic Honor Roll.

Prep:
Graduated in May 2002 from the Webb School of Knoxville...freestyler and backstroker for swimming team...high school MVP four years...won coaches award as senior...swam on team which was state title her senior year...team captain...National Merit Commended Scholar...for club was Scholastic All-America sophomore through senior years...U.S. National qualifier...1999 zone champion.
