Molly Caffelle

Molly Caffelle joined the UNC Strength and Conditioning staff in June of 2015 and serves as an assistant coach.
Before coming to UNC, Caffelle attended the University of West Florida, working toward a master’s degree while also serving as a graduate assistant on the UWF Strength and Conditioning staff. While at UWF, she was responsible for program design and installation for women’s basketball, men’s soccer and women’s golf. Caffelle also worked closely with baseball, volleyball and football programs. Additionally, she was in charge of Adventure Boot Camps for the general population and former athletes.
Caffelle completed internships at Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning, Cressey Sports Performance, and Be Athletic Sports Performance Camps. She also volunteered at Amherst College and Mount Holyoke College varsity weight rooms.
During her senior year at University of Massachusetts, Caffelle served as a teaching assistant for the Principles and Practice of Personal Training/Strength and Conditioning course. She was co-lead intern of the Olympic Women’s Elite Training Clinic, where she worked with prospective and national rugby players. She also was the Special Program Manager of the Kinesiology Department’s weight room, The Body Shop, and a personal trainer for Body Shop members.
Caffelle is Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa). She is currently finishing her master’s degree in Physical Education/Teacher Education from UWF. She received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and was graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts in 2013.
