A 2012 graduate of UNC, Kyle Kiss joined the Tar Heel coaching staff in 2014. Kiss, who was a two-year captain and a three-time ACC Championships placer as a student-athlete, will assist with all aspects of the Carolina program with an emphasis on the middle weights.
Kiss has competed for the UNC Regional Training Center since graduating with a degree in exercise and sport science. He also serves as the head coach of the Carolina Wrestling Club.
A native of Loch Arbour, New Jersey, Kiss was a four-time state placer at Ocean Township High and a two-time Beast of the East finalist. As a Tar Heel, Kiss named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll and was ranked nationally at 165 pounds.
