2005-06 Season: Went 5-1 on the year before having season-ending shoulder surgery ... Was granted a sixth year of eligibility by the NCAA ... Captured All-America honors for the second time in his career with a sixth-place finish at the 2005 NCAA Championships ... Recipient of the 2005 Most Falls in the Least Amount of Time Award at the NCAA Championships (three falls in 6:11) ... Dropped his first match at nationals and went on to win five straight, including three via fall, to post the highest finish by a Tar Heel since 1997 ... 2002-03 Season: Competed in all 22 events for UNC at 133 pounds ... Led the Tar Heels with 36 victories, the 10th-best total in school history ... Named ACC Wrestler of the Year ... Finished seventh at the NCAA Championships to earn All-America honors ... Picked up a win over fourth-seeded Witt Durden (Oklahoma), 6-2, at nationals ...
