2019-20: Went 4-6 in his redshirt freshman season, primarily at 125 pounds • Went 2-2 in duals for the Tar Heels • Competed in two dual meets at the Army Duals, including a 7-4 win over Wyoming’s Doyle Trout for his first career dual meet victory • Bumped up to 133 pounds against American, winning a 6-2 decision against Daniel Kidd • Won two matches at the Southeast Open in November
2018-19: Went 2-4 in his redshirt season at Carolina at 125 pounds • Won two matches at the Pembroke Open, including a major decision over his opponent from George Mason
