2019-20 (Redshirt Freshman): Went 3-7 at Carolina • Won two matches at the Wolfpack Wrestling Club Open in November
2018-19 (Freshman): Went 9-11 in Chapel Hill • Placed third at the Pembroke Open at 197 pounds, winning four matches • Won matches at the Wolfpack Open, Cleveland State Open and the National Collegiate Open
Personal/Prep: Mark Murphy Chaid is the son of Theresa and Dan Chaid • Played volleyball and football in addition to wrestling in high school • Father wrestled at Oklahoma • Brother Danny wrestled at UNC • Birthday is February 16 • Can ride the unicycle and play keyboard.
