Frannie Okraski joined Carolina as an assistant sports performance dietitian in July 2025. She supports the football team, in addition to working with the golf and tennis teams. Okraski began working with the football team in August 2023 while pursuing her master's of public health degree at UNC, which she earned in May 2025.
Okraski earned her bachelor's degree in food science and human nutrition with a minor in life sciences from Clemson University in 2023. During her time at Clemson, she spent two years working with the Olympic Sports nutrition program.
