- Football Operations Assistant
Minick joined the North Carolina football staff in 2025 as a Player Personnel Analyst and currently serves as a Football Operations Assistant.
Prior to arriving in Chapel Hill, Minick spent several years with the LSU football program while completing her undergraduate and graduate studies. She worked as an Advance Scouting Assistant with the Tigers, gaining experience in football personnel and scouting operations.
Minick also gained professional football experience with the Denver Broncos, serving as a Facilities/Operations Intern during the 2024 training camp. Her background also includes experience in baseball, serving as the MLB Scout Liaison for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox of the Cape Cod Baseball League and previously working as an Operations Intern and scorekeeper with Perfect Game.
In 2026, Minick was selected to participate in the NFL Women’s Forum during the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, where she continued developing her experience and knowledge in football operations, administration, and player engagement.
A native of Albuquerque, N.M., Minick earned her bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration with a minor in Busines/Commerce from LSU in 2024 before completing her MBA through LSU’s Flores MBA Program in 2025.
