Jacob Coggins joined UNC’s Department of Athletics in January of 2022 as Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations. He was promoted to Associate Athletic Director in August of 2023.

In this role, in addition to overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of the ticket office, he is also responsible for overseeing the ticket strategy for all ticketed sports with the primary focus of generating revenue. He also oversees the Paciolan software agreement, as well as all the ticket benefits associated within other athletic department contracts.

Prior to this role, Coggins served as the Director of Ticketing and Parking Operations with the Rams Club since February 2019. Before joining the Rams Club, he had previous stints at East Carolina University and Campbell University within their athletic ticket offices.

A 2013 graduate of UNC, Coggins earned his M.S. in Sport Management and Policy from the University of Georgia in 2015. He and his wife, Olivia, have two sons, Hurley and Garrett.
