Jip Richards joined The Rams Club staff in July 2017. As Assistant Director of Major Gifts, he works with the major gifts team to cultivate and solicit donations for scholarships, capital campaigns and sport endowments.
Richards previously worked with Learfield at Tar Heel Sports Properties, managing corporate sponsorships to generate revenue for UNC Athletics.
A 2014 graduate of Davidson College with a B.A. in sociology, Richards was a four-year letterwinner for the Wildcat baseball team. He went on earn a master's degree in exercise and sport science (sport administration) from UNC in 2016.
A native of Davidson, N.C., Richards now resides in Chapel Hill.
