Ryan Anderson

- Director of Athletic Grounds & Turf Management
Ryan Anderson, a member of the UNC Department of Athletics since March 2022, serves as Associate Director of Athletic Grounds & Turf Management. In that role, he assists with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of UNC’s 30 acres of athletic fields and surrounding grounds.
He served as Boshamer Stadium Facility and Turf Supervisor until 2024, when he was promoted to his current position.
Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in turf grass management from Clemson University in 2018. In 2023, Ryan earned his Certified Sports Field Manager certification through the Sports Field Managers Association.
