Sean Brech joined the UNC Department of Athletics in 2014 as an intern. He serves as the primary contact for the Carolina softball team and also assists with women's basketball and football, among other areas.

A 2014 graduate of Syracuse, he majored in public relations and marketing. While an undergraduate, he worked in the Syracuse Athletic Communications office, primarily assisting with the football and men's and women's basketball teams. He also has held interships with the New York Red Bulls of Major League Soccer and the Wagner College Athletics Media Relations office.

Brech is a native of Staten Island, N.Y.
