Men's Tennis Players Fall To Duke At ACC Indoors

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Three University of North Carolina men's tennis players competed Sunday in the ACC Indoor Championships in Winston-Salem, N.C. Seniors Tripp Phillips and Assaf Drori and junior Chad Riley lost matches that would have gained each a slot in the quarterfinals.
Phillips lost to Porter Jones of Duke, 7-5, 6-3. Drori lost to Duke's Marko Cerenko, and Chad Riley lost to Duke's Ramsey Smith, 6-3, 6-3.
The Tar Heels will next compete Jan. 28-30 in the University of South Carolina Winter Invitational in Columbia, S.C.
