Carolina took a 15-8 win in Saturday's game. Ryan Earey tied his career high with
seven RBI, and B.J. Finnerty picked up the win in relief.
UNC won Friday's game 8-0 behind the pitching of Eric Henderson (3-0) and
the hitting of little Chad Prosser. Prosser was 3-4 with with three RBI and two runs
scored. Prosser drilled his first collegiate home run, a three-run line shot to
left, in UNC's four-run eighth inning.
Righty Scott Autrey (2-0, 2.84 ERA) is scheduled to start for Carolina, while
righthander Damon Ponce de Leon (0-0) will be on the mound for the Pirates.
