Five Tar Heels Named To All-ACC Baseball Team

Five Carolina baseball players have been named to the All-Atlantic Coast Conference baseball teams, as selected by the league's nine coaches.

Derrick Depriest, a fifth-year senior reliever from Homestead, Fla., was named first-team All-ACC, while juniors Ryan Snare, Ryan Earey and Tyrell Godwin as well as freshman Adam Greenberg were all named to the All-ACC second team.

The Tar Heels are 44-15 on the season after being eliminated from the ACC Tournament Friday afternoon by Florida State. Carolina is awaiting word on whether it will receive an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament.

NCAA pairings will be announced on Monday.
