Tar Heel Men's Tennis Ready For Wolfpack

Chapel Hill, NC - The North Carolina Men's Tennis program will match its 6-5 record against the 4-12 North Carolina State Wolfpack this Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. The match will be played in Raleigh at the Wolfpack Tennis Center. The Center is located off of Western Blvd. on Sullivan Drive and is across from the baseball field. The Heels are currently in second place in the ACC with a 2-0 record. NC State rests seventh in league standings with a 0-2 mark.
The Tar Heels are currently 71-5 in all time meetings with the Pack going into Wednesday's match. The Heels are currently on a two match win streak after defeating ACC foes Maryland and Virginia. The Pack is coming off a defeat to Furman. The Wolfpack's two ACC loses were to Georgia Tech and Florida State.
The Heels will most likely keep their same lineup as last match. Against the Virginia Cavaliers, Carolina played with #1 Marcio Petrone, #2 Nicholas Monroe, #3 David Cheatwood, #4 Trystan Meniane, #5 Greg Archer, and #6 Chad Riley. The doubles draw included #1 Cheatwood/Monroe, #2 Petrone/Archer, and #3 Meniane/Riley.
