Raleigh, NC-The NC State-North Carolina baseball game was rained out Saturday evening at Doak Field. Therefore, both teams will play a doubleheader Sunday with the first game set to begin at noon. NC State is slated to pitch Dan D'Amato (3-3, 5.44), while North Carolina is scheduled to go with Josh Howell (5-1, 2.03) in the first game. In the second game, Derek McKee (2-1, 5.64) will take the mound for the Wolfpack to oppose either Ralph Roberts (0-0, 3.48) or Dennis Robinson (1-2, 5.40) for the Tar Heels.
NC State is currently 14-13 (5-5 ACC) on the year, while North Carolina is 17-13 (0-7 ACC) in 2001.
