Tar Heels Fall In Top Of The Hill/ITA Region II Championships

Chapel Hill, NC - Seniors David Cheatwood, Chad Riley, and Aron Breziner will take the court in Chapel Hill for the last time on Monday as the Tar Heels will battle the Duke Blue Devils at 3:00 p.m. The Heels are ranked #41 nationally and hold a 4-1 ACC record while the Devils are ranked #3 nationally and post a perfect 6-0 conference mark.

The Tar Heels are coming off of a stellar 4-3 upset over VCU and hope to continue their success into the final three matches of the ACC season. Duke is coming off a victory over ACC foe Virginia and has now won 40 straight ACC regular season matches.

The senior day match will be held at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center. The Center is located off of highway 54 just behind the Friday Center.
