Tar Heels Release 2001-02 Men's Tennis Schedule

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The University of North Carolina has released its 2000-01 men's tennis schedule and Coach Sam Paul's Tar Heels, who have appeared in the NCAA Tournament every year except one since 1992, will open with play in the ITA/All-America Pre-Qualifying Tournament in Atlanta, Ga. on October 5.
Dual match play will commence against Davidson College on January 31, 2002 in
Chapel Hill.& Carolina returns four starters from last year's team which
finished with an 11-9 record and qualified for the NCAA Tournament regionals.
