"Baseball is up one day then down the next. That's the nature of the beast. I am certainly disappointed because we pitched really well. All of our pitchers did a really nice job. We made a couple of defensive mistakes but I think we really swung the bat well offensively. We didn't move the ball consistently enough. We hit a lot of balls hard but right at them.
"We have to play better defense especially when we pitch as well as we did. That was the tell tale sign of the game in that we didn't make the plays when we needed to because of a lack of concentration.
"When you're in a close game like this, one play can dictate whether you win or lose and you have to give credit to Seton Hall for coming back. They took advantage with a big hit there at the end and they deserve win. They played better than we did, certainly."
