Pinchbeck Named ACC Men's Tennis Player Of The Week

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Daniel Pinchbeck, a freshman from Edmondson Park, New South Wales, Australia, led North Carolina to its ACC season-opening victory over NC State and was named ACC Men's Tennis Player of the Week March 11.
Pinchbeck defeated Bryce McGrory at #4 singles 6-1, 6-3 and combined in doubles action at #3 with teammate Trystan Meniane to win in doubles as well.
Pinchbeck is undefeated in singles this spring with a 9-0 mark, sweeping all 18 sets and winning by an average score of 6-1.5 per set. He and Meniane are 8-1 in doubles with the only loss to a team from 13th-ranked Texas.
