Carolina and Campbell Games Cancelled

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The University of North Carolina softball team has cancelled its non-conference doubleheader with Campbell today due to severe rain over the last couple days announced by head coach Donna Papa. The Tar Heels and Fighting Camels were scheduled to play a doubleheader this afternoon on the UNC Softball Complex but cannot due to field conditions.
Carolina will return to Atlantic Coast Conference action this Saturday, April 12 as they host Virginia. The Tar Heels enter the matchup with an 0-2 mark in the ACC, while UVA stands at 1-1. The conference doubleheader will begin at 2 p.m. at the UNC Softball Complex. All softball games are free admission.
