Storey Earns Honorable Mention All-America Honors

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - North Carolina junior forward Marcus Storey, a first-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference selection, earned honorable mention All-America status from Soccer Times. The publication's team was selected by a panel of NCAA Division I Men's Soccer coaches and was announced Wednesday.
Storey, a Missouri City, Texas, native led the Tar Heels with six goals in the 2003 season and tied for the team lead with 15 points. He was named ACC Player of the Week after leading Carolina to wins over St. John's and Connecticut in the season's first weekend.
Storey now has 23 goals and 15 assists for 58 career points. He is one of nine Tar Heel starters returning next season.
