Carolina-Gardner-Webb Baseball Game Moved to Wednesday

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Due to the forecast of inclement weather, No. 17 North Carolina (3-0) has moved its game with Gardner-Webb (3-4), originally scheduled for Tuesday, to 3 p.m. Wednesday at Boshamer Stadium.
Freshman lefty Andrew Miller is slated to make his first collegiate start for the Tar Heels, while senior right-hander Abe Gonzalez (1-1, 3.24 ERA) is scheduled to go for the Bulldogs.
Following Wednesday's game, the Tar Heels head to the Crowe Plaza/Rice Invitational set for Friday through Sunday in Houston, Texas. Carolina will play No. 2 Rice, the defending national champions, Northwestern State and 23rd-ranked Nebraska at the event.
