Fogleman and Kearney Advance To Quarterfinals of ITA Nationals

COLUMBUS, OHIO - Junior Taylor Fogleman and sophomore Chris Kearney of the University of North Carolina men's tennis team rallied from a huge deficit to upset the No. 4-seeded team of Justin Kronague and Drew Eberly of host Ohio State in the Round of 16 in doubles at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association National Indoor Championships Thursday morning at the Columbus Racquet Club.
The Tar Heel duo trailed the team from the host school by 3-0 and 4-1 deficits but rallied to win seven of the last nine games to post an 8-6 triumph.
Play will continue for the duo on Friday in the quarterfinals. Check back here tomorrow for further updates.
