CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The University of North Carolina men's tennis team split four doubles matches Thursday night in action at the ITA Carolinas' Regional being hosted at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center in Chapel Hill.
Andrew Crone and Jose Hernandez of UNC defeated Sam Burns and Eric Noble of Davidson 8-6 in the Round of 64 while Cameron Ahari and William Parker of Carolina defeated Plamen Tzetkov and Dmitry Vlaskin of Coastal Carolina 8-6 in the Round of 64.
In other Round of 64 action in doubles, Kyle Baker and Luke Mojica of UNC fell to Michael Bover and Mickael Trintihmac of College of Charleston 8-6 while Zach Hunter and Alex Rafiee of the Tar Heels were defeated by Ivan Cressoni and Christopher Sheehan of South Carolina 8-3.
