The North Carolina softball team held its annual "rookie brunch" on Sunday (Aug. 23) to welcome the incoming freshmen and their families. The gathering saw the coaches, players, families, friends and support staff join together to look ahead to the 2010 season and welcome the newcomers.
The class of 2013 includes: Haleigh Dickey (3B; Woodstock, Ga.), Elisah Elliot (SS; Clemmons, N.C.), Tisha Mahon (OF; Lexington, N.C.), Megan Morrison (C/1B/OF; Tucson, Ariz.), Cara Vitale (1B, Wall, N.J.), Chelsey Butler (Randleman, N.C.) and Paige Williams (SS, Newport, N.C.).
