COLUMBUS, Ohio - Third-ranked Ohio State dealt No. 22 North Carolina its second loss of the 2010 season Sunday.
The Buckeyes defeated the Tar Heels 6-1, as Ryan Noble won the lone UNC team point in singles play.
In doubles, Clay Donato and Stefan Hardy beat Ohio State's top-ranked pairing of Chase Buchanan and Justin Kronauge 8-2. Ninety-second ranked Noble beat No. 34 Shuhei Uzawa 7-6(2) 6-4 at the fifth singles flight.
The Tar Heels face No. 36 Michigan on Saturday, Feb. 20 in Ann Arbor, Mich. at 6 p.m.
