North Carolina's gymnastics meet originally scheduled for February 5 against EAGL rival Maryland has been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 16 at 7 p.m. in College Park, Md. The Feb. 5 meet between the Tar Heels and the Terps was postponed due to snow and dangerous driving conditions in the Washington, D.C. area.

Carolina and Maryland met on Valentine's Day for the Tar Heels' Blue & Pink meet at Carmichael Arena. The Terps won the dual meet 194.150-193.800, but a Carolina gymnast won the individual title on every event. A crowd of over 2,000 attended the meet, believed to be the largest attendance in UNC Gymnastics' history.
