CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Radio coverage of North Carolina baseball will begin this weekend, as the No. 17 Tar Heels will host No. 3 Georgia Tech. The first broadcast to be carried on the Tar Heels Sports Network is set to being Friday at 7 p.m. with hosts Jones Angell and Adam Lucas. In addition, the THSN feed will be carried on Sirius Radio channel 122 and XM Radio channel 143.
Each radio broadcast is carried on AM-1360 WCHL in Chapel Hill and TarHeelBlue.com, Sports Radio 99.9 The Fan in the Triangle (99.9 FM) will begin to carry all weekend series next weekend and WBAG in Burlington (1150 AM) will carry select games.
Carolina All-Access will also broadcast each game this weekend at Georgia Tech, free of charge, via TarHeelBlue.com. You can watch each of the All-Access broadcasts via THB.com - Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at 6 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m. All three games will be carried on the THSN and Carolina All-Access.
The THSN is scheduled to carry each weekend series for the remaining 2010 season, beginning Friday as the No. 17 Tar Heels play host to the No. 3 Yellow Jackets.
