CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The No. 4 ranked North Carolina Tar Heels will be looking to accomplish something that has been done just twice in the past 20 years as the Tar Heels could start 2-0 in Atlantic Coast Conference play. The Tar Heels and Blue Devils are scheduled to kick off at 6:30 p.m. at Duke's Koskinen Stadium. The game will be televised live on the Fox Soccer Channel.
The Tar Heels are coming off a hard fought 1-0 win over NC State a week ago as Eddie Ababio provided the difference maker pushing Carolina's record to 2-1 on the year. Ababio made a return to the attacking third after playing as a defender the past two years. The Tampa, Fla., native replaced the injured Billy Schuler who suffered a shoulder injury in the 4-1 win over Seton Hall when he collided with a charging goal keeper.
Carolina is looking to extend its four-game winning streak against the Blue Devils as the Tar Heels claimed a 2-1 win a year ago to bump the streak to four.
