CHAPEL HILL, N.C.-- - The University of North Carolina men's tennis team will square off against Ohio State and Boston College this week.
The match against the Buckeyes will be held on Sunday at 5:00 PM in Columbus, Ohio at the Varsity Indoor Tennis Center. The Tar Heels will then travel to Longmeadow, Massachusetts to face the Boston College at the Grand Meadows Indoor Club at 6:00 PM. The No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes boast a 12-1 record and are coming off their only blemish of the season in a 4-3 loss to No. 1 USC in the Championship Finals of the ITA National Indoors. Meanwhile, Boston College owns a 3-3 record overall even though the Eagles are still seeking their first ACC win of the year. The match at Ohio State will be Carolina's first in the previous 16 days since the Tar Heels knocked off Navy on February 10th. The break was fortuitous after a rigorous non-conference start to the season, and the Tar Heels will hope to capitalize on that extended break on Sunday against the Buckeyes.UNC Baseball: Tar Heels Push Past Cal in Game 1, 8-1
