The Tar Heels are 26-4 overall and 13-2 in ACC play. This is the 11th time Carolina has won at least 13 regular-season ACCgames and the fifth time in nine seasons that Roy Williams's teams have won at least 13 regular-season ACC games.

Tyler Zeller scored 30 points and had eight rebounds, three blocks and two steals in his final game in the Smith Center.

Zeller made 20 of 23 free throw attempts. That is:

the most made free throws and attempts in Smith Center history (previous high in makes was 17 by Tyler Hansbrough vs. Clemson in 2008)

the second-most made free throws and third-most free throw attempts in UNC single-game history (record is 21 made free throws by York Larese vs. Duke in 1959)

the most free throws made by an ACC player this year

the most free throws made by an ACC player since Virginia Tech's Malcolm Delaney made 20 vs. Clemson on Feb. 6, 2010

the eighth time in history an ACC player made 20 free throws in a game (sixth time in an ACC game)

broke his previous high of 14 made FTs last year against LIU

It was Zeller's third 30-point game of his career and the second this year (career high 32 vs. LIU last year and 31 against Appalachian State in December 2011)

The 30 points are the most Zeller has ever scored in an ACC game (previous was 25 against Maryland last year and 25 at home vs. Virginia this year)

John Henson tied his career ACC scoring high with 19 (also last year at Florida State).

Kendall Marshall set the single-season UNC record for assists when he set up Harrison Barnes for a short jumper in the lane with 17:59 to play in the second half. That was his fourth assist of the game and 285th of the season, breaking Ed Cota's mark of 284 in 1999-2000.

Marshall finished the game with eight assists and has 289 this year, which ties Bobby Hurley of Duke (1990-91) for the third most in ACC single-season history. He needs 15 to break the ACC record.

Marshall had one turnover, the eighth time this year he has committed one or fewer turnovers.

Carolina was 27 for 33 from the free throw line. The 27 made free throws are a season high in all games and the 33 attempts are a season high in ACC games.

Carolina shot 39.4 percent from the floor. This is the fifth time in the last nine games the Tar Heels have shot less than 40 percent from the floor - but UNC has won all five of those games (at Wake Forest, Virginia, Miami, at Virginia and Maryland).

The Tar Heels committed seven turnovers - that is the sixth time in the last nine games UNC has turned the ball over less than 10times.
