• The Tar Heels are unbeaten in their last nine regular season conference matches and have not suffered a loss against a league opponent since Sept. 10, 2011, a span of 12 matches.
• The 12-match ACC unbeaten streak is the second-longest in school history behind a 13-match unbeaten string from Oct. 24, 2009 to Nov. 14, 2010.
Goodwin Closing In On Numerous Records
• Carolina has shut the door on four shutouts to begin the year and senior goalkeeper Scott Goodwin is one shutout shy of setting a Carolina career record.
• Goodwin has recorded 28 shutouts in his time between the pipes and trails only Michael Ueltschey (1998-2001) in career shutouts as Ueltschey recorded 28.5 in his career.
• With the 0.33 GAA through four matches this year, Goodwin has lowered his career GAA to 0.62 and is now the career leader.
