Craven Named NSCAA National Player Of The Week

Craven, Carolina's leading scorer with 15 points this season, was also named to National Teams of the Week by both College Soccer News and Top Drawer Soccer.
The St. Simon Island, Ga., native scored three goals last week and now leads the Atlantic Coast Conference with seven goals during the 2014 season. Craven recorded the game winner in a pair of victories for the Tar Heels last week.

The first came in the 3-0 result over Campbell on Oct. 7. The latter occurred during the 5-0 blanking of league foe Virginia Tech on Oct. 10 when he scored the first two goals in the win over the Hokies. Craven is tied for the national lead with five game-winning goals.
Carolina (8-4) hosts Georgia State tonight at 7 p.m.
